Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov urged the US to end airstrikes targeting the Houthi group in Yemen.
The Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed that Lavrov held a phone conversation with his US counterpart, Marco Rubio, where the discussion addressed the importance of an immediate cessation of the use of force.
The ministry indicated that Lavrov stressed the need for all parties to engage in a political dialogue, aiming to reach a solution that contributes to avoiding further bloodshed.
