Local sources reported that a woman was injured by sniper fire from a Houthi militant in the north of the city of Taiz (southwestern Yemen).
The sources explained that “the citizen, Nour Ghaleb, was injured by a bullet while she was fetching firewood near her home in the “Al-Muftash” neighborhood in Osayfirah area north of the city.”
Days ago, a woman in her thirties was killed, succumbing to her serious injuries after being shot by a Houthi sniper in Maqbana district of Taiz Governorate.
The city of Taiz witnesses from time to time sniping operations and continuous attacks against civilians from positions where the Houthis are stationed.
