The air defenses of the Yemeni army forces shot down a Houthi attack drone today, Wednesday, in Marib governorate (northeastern Yemen).
The Yemeni army’s website, September Net, quoted military sources as saying that “the air defenses of the armed forces shot down the Houthi drone while it was flying towards military positions on the northwestern front of the governorate.”
In recent days, the Houthi armed group has escalated its armed attacks towards the oil-rich Marib governorate, in an escalation that is the first since the start of the fragile truce nearly two years ago.
