Aden Security Director Dismisses Prominent STC Commander and Refers Him to Investigation (Document(

The Aden Security Director, Major General Mutahar al-Shuaibi, has issued a decision to dismiss the commander of the Fifth Region Emergency Forces in Al-Mansoura, Ghassan Awad Ali Abdul-Habib, following repeated violations and involvement in past and recent cases.

According to the circulating document, al-Shuaibi directed the Drin Police office to open an investigation into Abdul-Habib and refer his file to the public prosecution, while stressing to all security units not to deal with him in any security tasks or activities.

It is worth noting that the dismissal decision came amid escalating tensions between the Presidential Council and the leadership of the STC in recent times.
