IOM: 155 Families Displaced in Yemen Over Two Weeks

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced that it has recorded the displacement of 3,297 families, representing 19,782 individuals, in Yemen from January 1 to November 23 of this year.
In its weekly report, the organization stated that it recorded the displacement of 59 families, representing 354 individuals, who had been displaced at least once during the period from November 17 to 23. It indicated that these families moved to the governorates of Marib (43 families) and Hodeidah (16 families).
The report indicated that the IOM identified an additional 61 displaced families during the period covered by the previous report, which covered the period from November 10 to 16, 2024, in the governorates of Hodeidah (28 families), Marib (23 families), and Taiz (10 families). It noted that these numbers were added to the cumulative total of displaced families recorded since the beginning of the year.
The organization had previously recorded 35 families during the period from November 10 to 16, bringing the total number of displaced families during that period to 96 families. During the period from November 10 to 23 of the current month, the number of displaced families reached 155.
