Al Jaber: Saudi Arabia is an Effective Partner with Yemen

The Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed Al Jaber, affirmed that “Saudi Arabia is an effective partner with its brothers in Yemen, and it is fulfilling its brotherly duty and will continue to do everything it must in various fields, with full cooperation and joint coordination for the service of the Yemeni people in these circumstances.”
This came during his meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sheikh Sultan al-Barkani, and members of the body, Mohammed al-Shaddadi and Mohsen Basorrah, today, at the headquarters of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen.
In the meeting, the Presidency of Parliament praised the distinguished roles of Saudi Arabia and its standing with Yemen in various circumstances and levels to confront the Houthi insurgency and overthrow its coup, and to preserve the identity of the Yemeni people, their revolution, republic, and democratic system, and expressed its great appreciation and praise for the support provided by the Kingdom in this critical period to rescue the Yemeni economy, government work, and its programs.
Al-Barkani, al-Shaddadi, and Basorrah affirmed that the positions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, will be immortalized in history and preserved by generations, and express the authenticity of the Kingdom and its leadership.
They pointed out that the first and last goal is to confront the destructive Iranian Mullah project and the Houthi project against Yemen and the region, emphasizing the importance of the state’s institutions uniting and carrying out their national duties and constitutional responsibilities on the ground.
