Houthi Claims to Have Targeted Three Ships in the Red and Arabian Sea
Yemen Monitor/Newsroom
The Houthi armed group announced on Monday that it had carried out three military operations against three ships in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.
In a statement, the group said the first operation targeted the ship “SC MONTREAL” south of the Arabian Sea with two drones, the second targeted the ship “MAERSK KOWLOON” in the Arabian Sea with a cruise missile, while the third operation targeted the ship “MOTARO” in the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb with a number of ballistic missiles.
The statement claimed that the targeting of the three ships was due to the violation by their owning companies of a decision to ban entry into the ports of occupied Palestine.
