The Yemeni Islah Party (the largest Islamic party in Yemen) affirmed on Sunday that the glorious 14th of October Revolution liberated the south of the homeland and opened the path towards Yemeni unity.
Ali Al-Jaradi, head of the Information and Culture Department at the Islah Party, said in a post on X that “the glorious 14th of October Revolution means liberation from foreign guardianship and dependence, and salvation from one of the most important pillars of colonialism, which is division, fragmentation, and the fragmentation of national unity.”
He added that the glorious 14th of October Revolution of 1963, whose spark was ignited on this day, liberated South Yemen from British colonialism and opened the way towards the unity of the homeland (Yemeni unity in 1990.(”
He pointed out that “the sacrifices of the heroes will remain a beacon that illuminates the path of generations towards a bright future in a great united Yemen,” and extended his congratulations to every Yemeni on this immortal anniversary that embodied the will of Yemenis for independence and freedom.”
