Netanyahu: We Struck the Houthis in Yemen

Yemen Monitor / Newsroom

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu justified the aggression his country is waging against Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen, threatening to change the equations in the region.

In a comment on the attacks launched by the occupying forces this evening on the city of Al Hudaydah in Yemen, Netanyahu said: “We struck the Houthis in Yemen, and we all saw the targets and the price that anyone attacking us has to pay.”

He added: “We are in a war on seven fronts. We have crushed Hamas in Gaza, struck Hezbollah, and just an hour ago we struck the Houthis in Yemen.”

He claimed, “As it is written in the Torah, I will pursue my enemies and eliminate them.”

He added, “We are systematically working to assassinate Hezbollah leaders and change the strategic reality in the entire Middle East.”

He confirmed that “changing the balance of power brings with it the possibility of new alliances in the region because then Israel will be the winner.”

He emphasized the necessity of internal unity, stating that “unity among our ranks is the essential condition for us to stand against our enemies and eliminate Hamas.”

Earlier today, the Israeli occupying army announced airstrikes on the port of Al Hudaydah in Yemen after the Houthi group launched missile attacks targeting “Tel Aviv.”

For its part, the Houthi group reported the death and injury of 33 civilians due to the Israeli airstrikes that targeted the port of Al Hudaydah (in western Yemen).

On Saturday, the Israeli broadcasting agency reported that the Israeli occupying army confirmed that “the time for the Houthis will come, but the focus now is on continuing the attack on Hezbollah.”
