The Houthi group announced on Monday that they had shot down an American MQ-9 drone in the airspace of Dhamar Governorate.
They reported that their forces downed an American “MQ-9” drone while it was carrying out hostile missions.
The statement indicated that the drone was shot down with a locally manufactured surface-to-air missile, and this is the third drone of its kind to be downed within a week and the tenth overall.
