UN Mission Records Significant Drop in Mine Casualties in Hodeidah
Yemen Monitor/Newsroom
The United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement has recorded only one incident related to explosive remnants of war in Hodeidah Governorate, marking the lowest number of casualties since October 2021.
This incident, which occurred in Hays district, resulted in three civilian casualties, including one injured woman.
Compared to statistics from August of last year, this represents a significant decrease in the number of incidents related to explosive remnants of war, although some fluctuations with slightly higher numbers have been observed intermittently.
