Netanyahu: “We Will launch Air-Strikes in Yemen”

Yemen Monitor / Special:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Sunday that he will strike in Yemen, Beirut, and anywhere that threatens the state of Israel.

During a memorial service for one of his members, Netanyahu said, “Iran and its proxies are trying to encircle us in the grip of terrorism. We are determined to confront them on every front and in every arena—both near and far.”

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant affirmed that Israel will stand firm against any threats from Iran and its proxies, both close and distant, including in Beirut and Yemen, as the international community rushes to prevent a full-scale war between Iran and Israel.

Netanyahu claimed that “our strikes with our long arms in Gaza, Yemen, Beirut, and wherever necessary” are crucial.

The US has deployed an aircraft carrier to the region in light of the escalating threats following the assassination of Hezbollah leader Fouad Shukr in Beirut and the leader of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran, as well as the attacks on the city of Hodeidah.
