Heavy Rains Destroy Shelters for Displaced People in Northern Hajjah Governorate

Dozens of shelters, mostly for displaced people, have been destroyed in a village in Midi District, Hajjah Governorate, in northwestern Yemen.

Local sources reported that the shelters of the displaced were destroyed due to heavy rains, particularly in Bani Fayed village in Midi District, northern Hajjah Governorate.

Activists have circulated photos and videos revealing the extent of the disaster that has befallen thousands of displaced civilians due to heavy rains and winds in various areas of Midi, Haradh, Abs, and districts in the north of the governorate.
