Resumption of Flights to Cairo and India via Sana’a Airport

The management of Yemenia Airways in Sana’a announced today, Sunday, the resumption of civil flights to Cairo and India via Sana’a International Airport starting this evening.
A statement explained that flights from Sana’a to Cairo and back have been scheduled to operate once daily, according to the Houthi-run Saba News Agency.
The statement mentioned that flights to and from India have been scheduled twice a week, indicating that the opening of Cairo and India destinations is in implementation of the recent agreement between Sana’a and Riyadh.
Citizens wishing to travel to Cairo and India were urged to book their tickets through Yemenia offices and travel agencies in Sana’a starting today.
The statement confirmed that flights to Cairo and India via Sana’a International Airport will start this evening.
