Fuel Tank Explosion at Hodeidah Port
Yemen Monitor/News Section
A fuel tank at Hodeidah Port exploded on Saturday, a week after the port was targeted in an Israeli attack.
Local sources reported that Tank number 38 (petroleum) at the oil facilities in Hodeidah Port exploded this morning, with flames rising from it. This comes just two days after fires caused by last Saturday’s attack were extinguished.
Last Saturday, the Israeli occupation carried out an aggression against Hodeidah Port, Ras Katheeb power station, and fuel tanks, causing significant damage to the port and resulting in the burning of most of the fuel tanks, which continued to burn for five days.
