Yemeni Minister of Endowments: Any neglect by Hajj service providers will expose the owner to legal accountability and penalties

The Minister of Endowments and Guidance in the Yemeni government, Mohamed Shabiba, stressed that any negligence towards pilgrims by service providers will expose the owner to legal accountability and strict penalties.

During his chairmanship of a meeting of the Supreme Committee for Supervising the Affairs of Yemeni Pilgrims for this year, today, Wednesday, to evaluate the first phase of Hajj operations, starting from registration and delegation until the arrival of the last pilgrim to the Holy Land, the minister explained that this season witnessed a complete smoothness in the process of transporting all Yemeni pilgrims to the Holy Land.

He pointed out that the delegation of Yemeni pilgrims to the Holy Land was carried out for the first time without any bus being disrupted, and no complaints were recorded against the transport companies.

The meeting discussed the preparations and arrangements related to the services of Yemeni pilgrims in Mina and Arafat, as well as the reports submitted by the officials in the Yemeni Pilgrims Affairs Office on the first phase of Hajj operations, which were crowned with success.

Minister Shabiba stressed the need to exert all efforts to provide the best services to pilgrims, and that this season be distinguished and exemplary.
