President of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdelrahman Al-Assoumi stressed his support for all Arab efforts aimed at finding a final and comprehensive political solution to the Yemeni crisis, which would preserve Yemen’s unity and sovereignty.
The Arab Parliament President also congratulated the Yemeni leadership, government, and people, as well as the parliament, on the occasion of Yemen’s Unity Day, which falls on May 22nd every year, expressing his best wishes to the Yemeni Republic for success and progress in completing the transitional phase and moving towards stability, security, and unity.
The Arab Parliament President emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Arab Parliament and Yemen, as well as elevating coordination relations with the Yemeni Parliament, in order to serve the Yemeni people, achieve their security and stability, and preserve their territorial integrity.
Al-Assoumi reiterated that the Arab Parliament is closely following the Yemeni issue, considering it a crucial matter, and reiterating its solidarity and support for it.
