The World Health Organization (WHO) stated today, Sunday, that Yemen faces the highest risks of diseases globally.
The organization reported in a brief statement on the “X” platform, “Yemen faces the highest risks of diseases globally, with the ongoing outbreak of cholera”.
The organization added that it conducted training with the Yemeni Ministry of Public Health and Population on reviewing early measures to enhance early detection and rapid response.
It noted that this was done with support from the United Nations Central Emergency Response
