Aden University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait on Sunday, on the sidelines of a university delegation’s visit to the institute.
The memorandum was signed by the head of Aden University, Dr. Khadr Nasser Laswar, and the Deputy Director of the Institute, Dr. Walid Abd Mawllah, in the presence of the Yemeni Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr. Ali Mansour bin Safa’a.
The provisions of the memorandum stipulate the exchange of expertise in the fields of scientific research, training, technical and vocational qualification, financing projects, economic and technical consulting, and supporting the national project to promote the culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment in Yemen.
