Gas Station Explosion in Central Yemen’s Al-Bayda Governorate Kills 15, Injures Dozens

The Houthi group announced on Sunday that the death toll from a gas station explosion in Al-Bayda Governorate, central Yemen, has risen to 15, in addition to dozens injured.
The Houthi-run Health Ministry, which is not internationally recognized, stated on Sunday that the death toll and number of injured from the gas station explosion in Zahir district of Al-Bayda Governorate had reached 82.
The ministry explained in the statement that 15 were killed and 67 injured, 40 of whom are in critical condition.
It indicated that the search is ongoing for those missing as a result of the horrific incident caused by the explosion of four gas stations in the middle of a crowded market.
The incident occurred in areas under Houthi control, and they said they are investigating the incident, without further details.
