A Civilian Killed, Another Injured in Anti-Vehicle Mine Explosion South of Hodeidah

A Yemeni human rights monitor reported that a civilian was killed and another was injured by an anti-vehicle landmine explosion in a truck they were traveling in, south of Hodeidah Governorate.
The Yemeni Mine Observatory said that Abdo al-Karim Abbas was killed while another person was injured by an anti-vehicle landmine explosion in a truck on a secondary road in the village of “Al-Suwaidiya” in Al-Khokha district, south of the governorate.
The observatory had previously appealed to citizens and travelers to exercise caution regarding mines and other explosive devices by avoiding driving off or on the sides of paved roads to protect their lives.
