The General Directorate of Police in Ma’rib Governorate announced on Thursday a decision to completely ban the movements of motorcycles within the city of Ma’rib, effective from the coming Sunday.
Ma’rib Police, in a circular published on its official Facebook page, stated that this decision came in accordance with the directives of the Higher Security Committee in the governorate.
Ma’rib Police affirmed that strict penalties will be imposed on violators, noting that the decision will be applied comprehensively and without any exceptions. All motorcycle riders were urged to comply with the decision.
