National Meteorological Center Forecasts Varying Intensity Thunderstorms in Multiple Governorates

The National Meteorological Center has forecast, on Monday, the occurrence of thunderstorms of varying intensity in scattered areas across the governorates of Taiz, Ibb, Al Dhale’e, Al Bayda, Raymah, Hajjah, Al Hudaydah, and the highlands of Lahj and Abyan.

Additionally, scattered rainfall is expected in parts of Dhamar, Shabwah, Hadramaut, Al Mahwit, and the Tihama coastal plain.

Citizens in areas expected to receive rainfall have been warned to avoid valleys and flood channels during and after rainfall.

Moreover, a warning has been issued regarding thunderstorms and reduced horizontal visibility due to rainfall and the formation of dense cumulus clouds.
