The European Union Mission to Yemen reaffirmed its support for reconciliation efforts in Yemen today, Wednesday.
The EU Mission said that its ambassadors to Yemen held a good meeting with the head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission, Mohammed Al-Gayithi, and members of the commission’s presidency.
It affirmed that the European Union countries support efforts aimed at unity and reconciliation in Yemen.
It reiterated the EU’s call to continue constructive engagement with the UN Special Envoy to Yemen.
